Introduction
Dick McBride came into contact with a wide variety of writers/artists during his years in San Francisco and City Lights Bookshop. Inevitably, he was privy to a huge amount of humorous happenings along the way. Dick personally witnessed several of these, and friends and colleagues related many others to him.
